Canine Crew Spa Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our mobile dog grooming services. To ensure the highest quality of service for all of our clients, we have established the following policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms: Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice at least two (2) hours prior to the agreed appointment time. Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. No-Show Policy A no-show is defined as our team arriving at the agreed-upon address at the scheduled appointment time and being unable to perform the grooming service for any reason, including but not limited to: - The pet and/or owner not being available - Access to the property or pet being restricted - Incorrect address provided In the case of a no-show, a $50 fee will be charged. Additional Terms Payment for any cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before rescheduling any future appointments. We reserve the right to discontinue services for clients with repeated cancellations, no-shows, and violations of these policies.
