Canine Crew Spa Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing our mobile dog grooming services. To ensure the highest quality of service for all of our clients, we have established the following policies. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms: Refund Policy We DO NOT offer refunds, due to the nature of our services and the time and resources allocated for each appointment. ​​ Safety & Behavior Policy Your pet's safety, and the safety of our groomers, is our top priority. Where our team arrives to the scheduled appointment, but are unable to complete the service - either partially or fully - due to the pet's behavior that is unsafe, a $50 handling and appointment fee will be charged. ​ Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice at least two (2) hours prior to the agreed appointment time. Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.​ ​​ No-Show Policy A "no-show" is defined as our team arriving at the agreed-upon address at the scheduled appointment time and being unable to perform the grooming service for any reason, including but not limited to: The pet and/or owner not being available Access to the property or pet being restricted Incorrect address provided In the case of a "no-show", a $50 handling and appointment fee will be charged. Additional Terms Payment for any cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before rescheduling any future appointments. We reserve the right to discontinue services for clients with repeated violations of our terms and policies. If you are not satisfied with any part of your pet's grooming, please contact us within the same business day of your appointment. We are happy to discuss your concerns and may offer a resolution at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
